Unless specified otherwise in writing, client-specific custom website assets, graphics, branding materials, and bespoke source code developed by vole grow Media transfer to full client ownership upon completion of all project payments. vole grow Media retains ownership of pre-existing core frameworks, general utilities, and underlying platform software.
Projects are delivered according to agreed Scope of Work (SOW) documents. Additional feature requests or revisions outside the initial agreed scope will be evaluated and quoted separately as change requests.
Clients agree to provide necessary access credentials, brand assets, text content, and feedback in a timely manner. Project timelines depend directly on prompt client communication and asset delivery.
Development contracts follow milestone payment schedules. Deposits are non-refundable once development has commenced. vole grow Media reserves the right to pause service delivery if invoice payments become overdue.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.
